William's a Realtor® who loves to give back to his community. He started his real estate career at a non-profit in Berkeley, and quickly worked his way up the ladder, eventually overseeing a portfolio of over 200 residential and commercial properties around the Bay Area. Being a very ambition individual, William decided his job was not enough to meet his career-driven goals. In 2014 he obtained hi
s real estate license and began to pursue a career in real estate. In addition to his career as a Realtor®, William's currently working as a Compliance Manager, where he is responsible for monitoring the long-term viability of a property or portfolio through cash management, capital needs and reserve analysis, property goal setting, and refinance/restructure management. As a longtime resident of Oakland, he's extremely knowledgeable about the East Bay, San Francisco, and the greater Bay Area as a whole. William is excited to work with existing and new clients, and hopes to make an impact by assisting in the purchase or sell of your property. In William's spare time, he enjoys the great outdoors, staying active, and traveling the world. He's a huge basketball and football fan, so be sure to look out for him at the next Warriors or Raiders game! William graduated from UC Davis and holds a degree in Economics and Sociology–Organizational Studies.
