As a lifelong Oakland/East Bay Area resident, it is an honor and a privilege to serve the communities that I grew up living, working, and playing in. My client’s satisfaction is my motivation. I want my clients to know they are in good hands every step of the way during one of the most exciting periods of their lives. Purchasing a property is a huge investment for many people, so understandably it

can be stressful at times. I guide homebuyers through the home buying process to ease any concerns they might have and to achieve their goal of homeownership. Likewise, selling a property can be just as stressful. I advise sellers on how to get the most attention for their property in order to sell it for as much money as possible and as fast as possible. I graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Psychology. I try to apply what I learned from my education into my career as a Realtor by being able to better communicate and empathize with my clients. When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my family and friends, as well as watch and play sports.

With the current state of the market being a little unpredictable, I wasn’t quite sure what would happen with this listing. Will it sell quick, or will it sit on the market? Will buyers see the potential, or will they rather want something that’s a little more move-in ready? We also had a deadline to meet, so the biggest question was will we be able to sell before then? In the end, it turned out that I really had nothing to worry about. After 10 days on the market we received 5 offers! We eventually closed in 21 days and beat the deadline! I’m extremely happy for my client who can now move onto the next chapter in her life!

Sold sold sold! I had the tremendous honor to help my clients complete their real estate trifecta. At the end of 2020, we began the process by selling the very first home they ever purchased, which eventually became an investment property for them. Then in the middle of 2021, they moved into their new home which is closer to their family and friends.
