Kazan Law was honored to participate in the annual Lend A Hand Foundation Stay in School Packing Event in Oakland, CA, where volunteers assembled backpacks filled with school supplies. This flagship back-to-school drive will distribute 15,000 to 25,000 educational supply kits to underserved children and youth throughout Alameda County.

The Kazan McClain Partners’ Foundation is proud to support organizations that help young people broaden their horizons and reach their full potential.

One of those organizations is the Pacific Bridge Club, which recently took students from Castlemont High School on a transformative educational journey to Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula. Through cultural immersion, volunteer service, and hands-on learning, these students gained experiences and perspectives that will stay with them for years to come.

We are thrilled to announce the selection of Simone Browne, a third-year Berkeley Law student, as the recipient of the 2026 Kazan McClain Partners' Foundation Bar Study Scholarship — awarded this past Thursday at the Women Lawyers of Alameda County (WLAC) Spring Reception!

Our Foundation's bar study scholarships provide essential support for law graduates, helping cover bar prep courses, exam fees, and living expenses during the critical period between graduation and licensure.
