Amazing. Because of injured plaintiffs and fair juries, the trucking industry is getting safer. But the way the headline is phrased in "claims journal" is to blame juries and injured people.

In the end, we couldn't be happier that the trucking industry has finally decided to try to be safer and couldn't be prouder that our work and our colleagues' work across the country has led to these improvements. Maybe we could just hope for the trucking industry and their insurers to have some accountability for bad drivers' actions and stop blaming everyone else.

We are thrilled to announce that we had a new attorney and two new paralegals start this week.

Charles Zuluaga comes to us from another personal injury firm and will be working out of our St. Louis Park location.

Becky Kelly and Rachel Greeninger have also made the move to our office with Becky working in SLP and Rachel working in our Oakdale office.

After a bit of delay to let things calm down after we merged, we are back to the teacher giveaway program. As a reminder, we are giving away $500 every month to a teacher nominated by one of you. The money is a thank you for everything you do and we hope you use it on yourself, but you're free to do whatever you want with it.

Long overdue post with lots of updates to come in the next few posts. In this one, we want to recognize both Rachel Sperling Leonard and Isaac Tyroler for once again being named Rising Stars by Super Lawyers magazine. Only 2.5% of all attorneys under the age of 40 are named. This is Rachel's 2nd selection and Isaac's 5th.
