𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲'𝐬 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧… and it had nothing to do with the Buyers or Sellers.

Not because the Buyers weren’t ready.
Not because the Sellers weren’t committed.

But because real estate is full of moving parts—and when something goes sideways, you need the right people in your corner.
