As a Mobile Notary, I do not have a physical office. I will come to your location ~ home, office, nursing home, hospital, etc . I adhere to the fees set by the State of Texas for all notary services. I do charge a flat Mobile Notary fee, which can be negotiated at the time that you request my services. I am a member of the American Society of Notaries, and I have completed their State of Texas Notary Training. I am bonded & insured.
*** NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent ***
I am a bonded & insured NNA-Certified and Background screened Loan Signing Agent. I have the ability to fax, print, scan, and email documents. As a signing agent, my fees are set by your title company, and I will walk you through the signing of your loan documents or application (when required). I can be found on SnapDocs and SigningAgent.com (NNA). My fee for this service is generally set by your mortgage or title company. Depending on the location, I may be flexible with the fee charged. I am currently accepting loan signing assignments within a 75 mile radius of The Woodlands, TX, area; however, I will travel further if we can negotiate a fair price.
