This week, Coplan + Crane partner Ben Crane presented on Railroad Law at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association's Update & Review Seminar in Chicago, joining a lineup of Illinois trial lawyers and the Presiding Judge of the Cook County Circuit Court’s Law Division Tom Lyons.

Ben has dedicated much of his practice to representing union railroad workers in FELA litigation against carriers, along with railroad crossing and transportation negligence cases throughout Illinois and the Midwest. His session gave fellow plaintiffs’ attorneys a look at the latest in railroad litigation and how to build stronger cases for injured workers and their
families.
