ILAPPS CONGRATULATES
LT. PAUL ECHOLS!!!

We are thrilled to share that on April 28, 2018 at the 11th ANNUAL DEFENDERS OF THE INNOCENT EVENT Paul was honored with a DEFENDER OF THE INNOCENT AWARD!

Our Executive Director attended this event and had a chance to personally congratulate Paul and to thank him again for being a part of our modern education program in 2017.

Last year at our annual conference we welcomed him as a special guest speaker
Paul’s presentation was sensational.

Paul’s book In Cold Pursuit is available on Amazon. The proceeds of his book help fund scholarships for students studying criminal justice & law enforcement.

Paul’s work continues to play an important role throughout Illinois for many lives.
