Owning a home is one of the most tangible forms of freedom there is. Your space. Your rules. No landlord. No asking permission to paint the wall or get a dog.

And it turns out people feel that way too. In a recent survey, 41% of aspiring homeowners said what they want most is the freedom to customize and make a space their own. Something a rental just doesn't give you.
