While it is with a heavy heart that I assist my prior firm in dissolving after the unexpected death of my esteemed partner, Patricia Habas, I am pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2024, my staff and I merged with Cane & Boniface, P.C. Our firm is now Cane, Boniface, & Eisen, P.C. I chose to combine my practice with Courtney Boniface and her associates because of the similarity in our work, our integrity, and our devotion to the best interests of our clients. Over the years, our offices have collaborated to assist clients, and we have partnered on various community projects.

The principal office of Cane, Boniface & Eisen, P.C. is located in Nyack, New York, on the banks of the Hudson River. Together, our attorneys will continue to serve clients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida. Our firm will continue to focus on matters related to estate planning, elder law and Medicaid planning, special needs planning, guardianships, and the settlement of estates.
