Our Division of Criminal Investigation narcotics agents have been busy assisting law enforcement partners in getting drugs off the streets of Montana! In just the last few weeks, multiple criminals have been sentenced in drug cases our agents investigated.

We’re proud of their work and are working with the legislature to get additional resources to crack down on drugs and criminals.

Federal prosecutors say authorities seized about 12,000 fentanyl pills during the arrest this week of a Mexican national in Kalispell wanted for allegedly trafficking the deadly drug in the Flathead Valley.
