Some homes are special the moment you walk through the door… and this beautiful historic home built in 1900 is definitely one of them. The best part? Megan and Brandon plan to preserve its character and history instead of tearing it down to build new. It’s always amazing to see young homeowners appreciate the craftsmanship and charm of a home with so much history.

Congratulations to these first-time homebuyers, Megan and Brandon, on the purchase of your new home! May you have many years of happiness, memories, and blessings within these walls.

This closing was extra special for me because I can still remember the day Megan was born. Watching her grow into this exciting chapter of life has truly been incredible. So proud and happy for you both!
