🚨 **A Real Estate Reminder That Could Save You Thousands**

When I meet with a buyer or seller for a consultation, I spend time talking about something that doesn't always get the attention it deserves: **wire fraud and real estate scams.**

I tell my buyers one simple thing:

👉 **Never send a wire transfer without talking to me first.**

Why?

Because while you're going about your daily life, I'm working in the background—following the transaction, communicating with the professionals involved, and watching for anything that doesn't look right.

We've actually caught **two scam emails** during transactions that could have resulted in my clients losing money that may have been extremely difficult, if not impossible, to recover.

That's why I believe my job isn't just about finding a home or negotiating a contract.

It's also about **protecting my clients throughout the entire process.** 🏡🔐
