The seller of this home interviewed several agents who had given a list price of $325,000. My suggested list price was $359,900. I gave the seller data and facts to determine a competitive list price and never tell the seller an inflated value in order to get the listing. The seller chose to list with me, received multiple offers and accepted one $5,500 over list price. The property appraised at $360,000 and closed at $365,400 proving that the Realtor you choose matters!
