There once was a little girl, with curly yellow hair, thumb in her mouth, and shy as can be. Over the years she grew into a most beautiful woman, inside and out, discovering herself and how to help others, loosing some but gaining more, and she kept her curls.

Happy Birthday to my most wonderful daughter! I'm so proud of your journey...love you more!

Your lawn care checklist.

With spring fast approaching, it’s time to get back outside and prep your lawn for warmer weather. Here’s a checklist for getting your lawn back in shape after a long winter:

✔️Tune up your mower. Change the oil, air filter and spark plug.
✔️Clean the clutter. Remove branches, leaves, or trash that may have accumulated over the winter.
✔️Weed around the edges to create a clean perimeter.
✔️Seed any spots where the grass has died to start re-growing it in those areas.
✔️If you don’t have grass, fill in any empty patches with landscaping materials.

Don’t forget to prioritize tidying your lawn if you plan to sell your home this spring or summer. The outside of your home is a key first impression for potential buyers.

Have you ever considered investing in a long-term rental property?

This is often referred to as a “traditional” rental (as opposed to a vacation rental) because it acts as the tenant’s primary residence.

If you’re looking to invest money, this can be a strategic choice for a few reasons:

✅Property values tend to rise with (or beat) inflation
✅You can generate a second stream of income
✅It provides a stable return during uncertain times

Learn more about how investing can help you beat inflation, and boost your monthly income, in our new blog post ➡️ https://marsha-bell.elevatesite.com/blog/post/2136020

Real estate investing can help you beat inflation.

But where should you invest your money? What kind of real estate is most valuable? Here are three investment types to consider:

🏡 PRIMARY RESIDENCE: As inflation raises prices throughout the economy, the value of your home is likely to go up concurrently. If you don’t already own a home, we can help you take this first step.

🏘️ LONG-TERM RENTAL: This is a traditional rental. Think of a one-year lease on a single-family home. Because this serves as a tenant’s primary residence, it’s a necessary expense. Therefore, it helps to provide stable returns in uncertain times, especially when we have high inflation.

🏝️ SHORT-TERM RENTAL: Done right, short-term or vacation rentals can be both a hedge against inflation and a profitable source of income. As a bonus, when the home isn’t being rented you have an affordable vacation spot for yourself and your family!
