Iowa has the second-highest incidence rate of cancer cases in the country, according to the Iowa Cancer Registry’s 2023 annual report that Mission Cancer cited in the release. That’s 20,800 people in the state. An estimated 6,200 Iowans will die from cancer in 2023, but the number of survivors is growing — estimated to be 164,270 as of 2018

Do you drive by homes you wish you would have bought when rates were the lowest we will ever see?

Average home appreciation nationwide is 5.9%.

This means a $400,000 home will increase almost $25k per year. Sitting around waiting is costing money.

When rates drop (predicting this fall) people will be in a buying frenzy.

We are always seeing homes selling for over the value and having bidding wars etc. the cost of waiting is going to be very expensive.

Buy now and refinance to a lower rate when it makes sense to do so.

Most people don’t know their interest rates on homes, credit cards, car loans, etc. but get really hung up on rates in the moment.

Instead, Focus on the payment you’re comfortable with.
