Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of Illinois with 2-4 years of experience
• Litigation experience required
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Excellent people skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Superb research skills, including Westlaw, Lexis, and Fastcase
• Working knowledge of family law
• Ability to travel to Cook, Lake, and McHenry County

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a wide range of family law litigation matters
• Regularly handle court appearances, conduct depositions and hearings
• Case oversight so that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process
