The Secret sauce everyone’s selling ….
Have you noticed there are just as many people selling the secret formulas on social media and as there are people desperately trying to get a taste of it. Everyone has a course, a hack, a formula. It is a lot. And it can feel impossible to know who to trust.

The key? Stop chasing every shiny strategy and find the people you’re actually aligned with. The ones whose values match yours, whose community looks like the one you’re trying to build, whose brand feel like home. Those are your people. Do not go to open houses unless you’re prepared to deal with this ….

1. The Agent There Might Not Know the Home
The realtor at the door is often just covering for the actual listing agent — and they may not know the details, the history, or the full story of the home. Come prepared. Reach out to your buyer’s agent before you go so they can send you a list of questions to ask and things to look for. Lean on your Realtor— that’s what they’re there for.

2. The Nosy Neighbors
It’s possible the people there didn’t come to buy — they came to see how their neighbor decorated. Don’t let the crowd fool you into thinking the home is more popular than it is.

3. The Emotional Trap
Open houses are designed to make you fall in love. Candles, fresh cookies, good lighting — it’s all intentional. Go with your list, not your feelings.

4. You’re Being Watched
Keep your poker face on. Sellers and agents notice your reactions. Don’t gush about how much you love it in front of anyone.
