This multi-unit was fully occupied at closing, but the Seller had previously agreed to tender possession of both units. Another last minute agreement meant my client was able to close on time and money was escrowed to ensure she received that rental income! On top of that, my client still received max seller credits at closing!!!

My client on this multi-unit property worked with me on this deal from a different time zone! When we encountered an interesting tax situation with the property, it almost killed the deal. A few days of going back and forth with the seller's attorney resulted in an agreement that made both sides happy.
