A home can look perfect at first glance…but the inspection is where we get to know what’s really going on. 👀🏡

From the roof to the foundation-and all the plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows, appliances, and little surprises in between-a thorough home inspection gives buyers something incredibly valuable: information.

Our job? To be there with you, ask questions, help you understand what matters (and what may not be as scary as it sounds), and figure out the best next steps.

Because buying a home isn’t just about falling in love with the kitchen. It’s about knowing what you’re buying. 🔍🔑

And yes…we’re absolutely going to follow the inspector around and ask questions. It’s kind of our thing. 😉

There’s something about your first home. 🏡🤍

It probably wasn’t the biggest house. Or the most updated. There may have been popcorn ceilings, questionable paint choices, a bathroom you swore you’d renovate someday…and at least one project that took approximately 14 trips to the hardware store. 😂
