After receiving her bar results yesterday, we are excited to announce Hunter Rathjen will officially be attorney at law with our firm on October 1st!

Our newest soon-to-be associate, Hunter Rathjen, just spent the last two days taking the Nebraska State Bar Exam. She has been studying all summer and we know her hard work will pay off!

Upon passing, Hunter will be sworn into the Nebraska State Bar in September and will be ready to take on cases!

Partner Audrey Kingston and her husband welcomed their third child, their first girl, Judan Agnes, on Friday. Our firm is excited to add another legal scholar to roam the office!

On July 6th, Partner Margaret Jackson won a Motion to Suppress that resulted in the dismissal of all charges on behalf of her client. This was based on a trooper unlawfully extending a traffic stop. This is your reminder that you are free to leave after you have been given your citation in the traffic stop.
