Our newest soon-to-be associate, Hunter Rathjen, just spent the last two days taking the Nebraska State Bar Exam. She has been studying all summer and we know her hard work will pay off!

Upon passing, Hunter will be sworn into the Nebraska State Bar in September and will be ready to take on cases!

On July 6th, Partner Margaret Jackson won a Motion to Suppress that resulted in the dismissal of all charges on behalf of her client. This was based on a trooper unlawfully extending a traffic stop. This is your reminder that you are free to leave after you have been given your citation in the traffic stop.
