Patrick Cowan was in Sevier County this morning successfully defending against a summary judgment motion on behalf of a client.

While Cowan Law Firm is based in North Little Rock, we regularly represent clients throughout Arkansas. Whether a case takes us across town or across the state, we’re committed to showing up, being prepared, and fighting for the people we represent.

Today was a good reminder that no matter where a case is filed, our clients deserve strong advocacy and a lawyer willing to go the distance.

Cowan Law Firm was proud to attend our first The North Little Rock Chamber Of Commerce Luncheon of 2026 — and what a way to kick off the year with a sold-out crowd!

The discussion focused on education's critical role in workforce development and economic growth, with an outstanding panel sharing insights on current initiatives, challenges, and the importance of collaboration among educators, businesses, and community leaders.

We appreciated hearing from such a strong group of education leaders:

Wil and I had a great time on set alongside an impressive lineup of guests, including Bill Clevlan with his book, Presidential Road Trips, comedian Lauren Ashley Bishop and Craig O'Neill promoting the Arkansas Repertory Theatre’s upcoming show Live at the Rep, and Alison Hazelwood from Whole Foods Market sharing their “12 Days of Cheese” holiday feature.

Cowan Law Firm was proud to attend today’s The North Little Rock Chamber Of Commerce Monthly Membership Luncheon.

We enjoyed hearing from Dr. Summer DeProw, Chancellor of University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College, who shared exciting updates and insights on the future of workforce development in our region.

The Chamber also presented its annual awards — always inspiring to see local leaders and businesses recognized for their impact on our community.
