Need a disabled parking placard in Nevada?

To apply, complete Form SP-27: Disabled Persons License Plates and/or Placards Application and have an authorized medical provider complete and sign the medical certification. The DMV does not charge a fee for placards.

The red placards pictured are temporary, valid for up to six months, based on your medical provider’s certification.

Hi, I’m Katherine! 🤍 I was born in El Salvador and grew up partly there and partly in Las Vegas, so both places hold a piece of my heart.

For a vehicle last titled in Nevada with no liens, here’s how to request a duplicate:

âś… Complete the Application for Duplicate Nevada Certificate of Title (VP 012). Sign before a notary or an authorized Nevada DMV representative.

âś… Submit your application and payment by mail or in person at a DMV office. The DMV fee is $20 for a title sent to a Nevada address or $35 if sent out of state. You may use the DMV Payment Authorization Form (ADM-205) to remit your payment.

âś… Make sure at least 30 days have passed since the last title was issued. Have a loan or lease? Contact your lienholder first as you may require a notarized lien release letter.
