🎉 $4 MILLION AND COUNTING! Congratulations, Ashlan! 🎉
A huge shoutout to Ashlan Hixenbaugh, who recently surpassed $4 MILLION in real estate sales this year, and with a little more than two months left, there's a real possibility she could cross the $5 MILLION mark! 🔥🏡
But as impressive as those numbers are, they're not what I'm most proud of.
What makes me proud is watching how much Ashlan has grown, not just as a real estate agent, but as a person.
I've had the privilege of watching her develop over the last few years. I remember the shy, quiet, introverted girl who was still finding her confidence. Fast-forward to today, and I'm watching a confident, capable woman who isn't afraid to take charge, handle difficult situations, and get things done when they need to get done!
That kind of growth doesn't happen by accident.
It takes hard work, stepping outside your comfort zone, being willing to learn, and pushing yourself to become better than you were yesterday.
And Ashlan has done exactly that.
One of the most rewarding parts of leading this team isn't the number of homes we sell or the volume we produce. It's watching people grow into versions of themselves they may not have even realized were possible.
Ashlan, I'm incredibly proud of the agent you've become, but even more proud of the person I've watched you grow into.
