History on the walls, espresso in hand. ☕
Spots like this remind me why buyers keep choosing Valley towns over bigger suburbs closer to the city.
There’s real history here — and now there’s also new construction that lets you plant your own roots right
next to it.
Carnation, North Bend, Fall City, Snoqualmie — each town in the Valley has its own version of this.

Snoqualmie Valley School District is one of the strongest in the greater Seattle area — and it’s one of the
top reasons families are choosing new construction in Snoqualmie and North Bend right now.
If school district access is part of your decision, let’s talk before the year gets away from you.

These walls have stories.
One of the things I love most about working in the Snoqualmie Valley is the mix — brand-new homes built
exactly to your taste, set against towns with this much history and character.
You don’t have to choose between new and charming. Out here, you get both

Good food, good neighbors, good life. 🍔
Places like Miller's are part of what makes the Snoqualmie Valley worth settling down in. Buyers aren't just
looking for a great house — they're looking for this kind of community right outside their door.
And out here, it comes standard.
Which Valley town is calling you?

As August comes to a close, it's a good reminder that every season brings new opportunities.

Maybe this is the year you buy your first home.

Maybe it's the year you finally find more space.

Maybe it's the year you simplify and downsize.

Or maybe it's simply the year you begin making a plan.

Whatever your next chapter looks like, I'd be honored to help you navigate it.

Thank you for following along, supporting my business, and allowing me to be part of this incredible community.

Here's to everything that lies ahead. ❤️

One of my favorite moments during a showing is watching buyers explore the neighborhood.

Parents notice sidewalks.

Kids head straight for the playground.

Everyone starts imagining what everyday life might feel like.

That's when I know they've stopped looking at a house…

…and started picturing a home.

The communities throughout the Snoqualmie Valley offer so many wonderful places for families to connect, play, and enjoy the outdoors.

What's one neighborhood feature that's at the top of your wish list?

When people think of real estate, they usually picture showings, open houses, or handing over keys.

But the truth is, a lot of my work happens right here.

Behind the computer.

Researching market trends.
Reviewing comparable sales.
Preparing pricing strategies.
Writing listing descriptions.
Communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders, inspectors, and other agents.

The work that happens behind the scenes is what helps my clients make confident decisions when it matters most.

One of the things I enjoy most about this career is that no two days are ever the same. Every client, every home, and every story is unique.

Thank you to everyone who trusts me to guide you through one of life's biggest decisions. It's a responsibility I never take lightly.

💬 What's one question you've always had about buying or selling a home? Ask me in the comments—I may answer it in a future post!

If you've spent any time in Carnation, chances are you've heard of Kelsey's Koffee.

It's one of those places that feels like the heart of a small town—where you're greeted with a smile, neighbors catch up over coffee, and visitors quickly feel like regulars.

One of the things I love most about helping people move to the Snoqualmie Valley is introducing them to places like this. It's not just about finding the right home—it's about discovering the local businesses and community that make living here so special.

So if you're exploring Carnation, I highly recommend stopping by for your favorite coffee (and maybe a pastry, too!).

❤️ Have you been to Kelsey's? What's your go-to drink?

Real estate keeps me busy, but I've learned something important over the years…

Taking care of yourself isn't selfish—it's essential.

Whether it's a morning walk, spending time in my garden, enjoying a quiet cup of coffee, or simply putting my phone down for a little while, those moments help me show up as my best self for my family and my clients.

What's one thing you do to recharge?

💚 I'd love to hear.

🏛️ One of my favorite things about Carnation isn't just where it's going—it's where it came from.

Walk through downtown and you'll find buildings that have stood for generations, each with a story to tell. They remind us that before Carnation became a sought-after place to call home, it was a hardworking farming community built on relationships, resilience, and a deep connection to the land.

That history is still part of the town's charm today.

It's why you'll find locally owned businesses, community events, friendly neighbors, and a pace of life that feels refreshingly different from much of the Eastside.

As someone who helps families relocate here, I love introducing people to more than just homes—I love introducing them to the community that makes this place so special.

❤️ What's your favorite historic building or memory from downtown Carnation? I'd love to hear your stories.
