Tim brings almost a quarter of a century of legal experience into his practice, as well as background in Human Resources and Psychology. Tim represents Employers and Employees in Federal Court, Superior Court, District Court, MCAD/EEOC and DUA, as well as the Civil Service Commission. As a divorce attorney, he provides confident and committed services in all stages of the divorce process, from aggressively defending an individual’s rights in court to seeking an amicable resolution through mediation. In addition, he was recently voted Best in Divorce Mediation in the Consumer’s Choice Competition. ABOUT MICHAEL J. HEINER
Micke joined the practice in 2011. He graduated Cum Laude from the Massachusetts School of Law, and has 13 years of experience within the legal community, including five years of experience as a New Hampshire Police Officer. From 1995 – 1997, Micke performed two years of voluntary service in northeastern Brazil, and is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish. Micke’s intelligence, experience, community service, and language are a significant addition to the practice.
