I'm not sure where to begin. I am a very proud graduate of the Oklahoma College of Law, 2001. Aside from two years furthering my studies in Houston between 2005-2007, I've been a proud Norman resident, 3rd gen Sooner, and have been honored to take on many challenges, serving this community since I took my first bike ride in 1996 through the South Oval on campus. My grandparents lived here. I'm still in their neighborhood for a reason. I enjoy working in Norman, for Norman residents. Sadly, I have to close a door to open another. Effective immediately, I will not be taking new private clients. I can assure you however, if you need me, you will find me. Im not leaving Norman. I have chosen to continue my legal career in not for profit work. I find the needs of the many outweigh the needs I can possibly have at this point. As a property attorney, I get asked about many things. I may be in the minority when it comes to feeling like a property lawyer is also an estate planning lawyer, but I promise, that is just me. A lot of the work I do is curing property rights from failing to properly plan. I see more and more clients asking about digital assets. I welcome clients that have estate planning questions on digital assets. Bitcoin and crypto currencies can be lost, beyond a probate. Our firm advises clients on digital asset estate planning. Not only safely for today, but to pass on without worry of loss.
