Food, family, and tradition. Lizzie Sanchez, Property Manager, shares what her Peruvian heritage means to her and the culture she's proud to pass on to her daughters.

“Being from Lima, Peru, is a very special part of who I am, and I’m proud to celebrate my Hispanic heritage. I love the culture, traditions, and values I grew up with, especially the importance of family, hard work, and staying connected to our roots. And, of course, I must mention Peruvian food! Ceviche, Lomo Saltado, Ají de Gallina, and Seco de Carne. It’s spectacular! My girls love it too, and sharing our food and traditions with them is one of my favorite ways to keep our Peruvian culture alive in our home. I’m grateful for my roots and proud to share a little piece of Peru with others.” 🇵🇪❤️
