We are so excited to introduce Julia Meier to the team!

Born and raised right here in Virginia Beach, Julia is a Coastal Virginia native who knows this entire region inside and out.

Before stepping into real estate, Julia spent six years as a local cosmetologist. That means she already knows a thing or two about listening closely to clients, building deep trust, and making sure everyone she works with feels completely taken care of. She is bringing that exact same client-first energy and local expertise to our crew.

When she isn't chatting about real estate, you can find her trying out new local restaurant spots, hanging out at the beach, or volunteering with her church community.

🎉 HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO JEFFREY! 🎉

We are beyond thrilled to celebrate an absolutely incredible milestone for one of our own. Jeffrey has officially qualified for the prestigious Boston Marathon coming up in April 2027!

For those who don’t know, you can’t just sign up for Boston, you have to earn your spot by hitting incredibly tough, elite time standards. It is a massive accomplishment that requires relentless dedication, grit, and discipline.

But honestly? We aren't surprised. Jeff brings that same unstoppable work ethic to everything he does. On top of being named our Rookie of the Year this past year, he also serves our country in the military and is a dedicated dad. He truly does it all with a smile, showing us every day what it means to go the extra mile for his family, his country, and his real estate clients.
