Eleven years ago today, the Supreme Court’s landmark decision recognizing same-sex marriage changed the lives of countless families across the country.

As a family law firm, we’ve had the privilege of seeing what that decision has meant beyond the wedding day. It opened doors for many of the families we serve, from helping couples build legal security for their families to guiding stepparents and spouses through adoptions that make the law reflect the love that has always been there.

Family looks different for everyone, and we’re honored to help people protect the people who matter most.

Today, we recognize the anniversary of a decision that expanded access to marriage and helped make those paths possible for so many families. 💙

Fatherhood comes in many forms. Today, we celebrate the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, and father figures who support us through life’s challenges.

As a family law firm, we’ve had the privilege of seeing firsthand how deeply fathers care about their families. We’re honored to work with dads who strive to be present and involved and who rearrange their lives for their children.

We’ve also had the privilege of working with fathers who go above and beyond, including stepdads who choose to make that bond permanent through adoption.

Today, we celebrate all the dads and father figures making a difference in the lives of their children. We are especially grateful for the fathers in our own lives who helped pave the way for us to be where we are today and those at home supporting us and our own children as we are Helping You Move Forward. 💙
