We got a steal on this one! My team and I got this 4 sided brick home under contract before Christmas and we’re closing in 2 weeks. This is huge for us. If you are not familiar with the investment market in Atlanta right now, then you know that inventory is low with fixer uppers under 200K. You really have to think outside of the box to a deal done. So, for us we had to go up in buying criteria to catch a deal. We got this home for a little under 400K and it needs about 55-65K in renovations. We winning because this property is located behind Northlake Mall. If you don’t know Northlake Mall has already started construction on turning part of the mall into an Emory hospital. Which means property values can easily cross 750K+ within 5 years. Let’s work!
