Meet Jessica “Jesse” Billingsley 👋

Jesse is a Partner in CCHA Law’s Education Law and Employment Law practice groups. Her journey with CCHA began as a summer clerk, and today she helps schools, employers and employees navigate an ever-changing range of legal, policy and practical challenges.

Beyond her practice, Jesse is actively involved in her community, serving with Noblesville Main Street, the HSE High School Academy of Finance and “We the People.”

When she’s off the clock, Jesse enjoys mountain biking, spending time with her family and their “crazy dog,” Jalapeño, and hopes to one day complete a full marathon. 🚵‍♀️🏃‍♀️🐶
