Mark Latuszek has extensive experience as a as a facilitator, negotiator, and problem solver through his more than 30 plus years as an employee at the City Colleges of Chicago. He began his education at Wright College, by receiving an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Data Processing and in Electronics. He then continued at Roosevelt University completing a Bachelor’s of General Studies Degre
e and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. While attending college, he started his career working part-time for Wright College as a Terninal Operator. He continued his career with the City Colleges as a full-time Clerk and Financial Aid Advisor. This led to him becoming an Assistant Director, Director and Associate Dean in the areas of Financial Aid, Admissions and Recruitment, and Student Services Admissions, Advising, and Assessment. Latuszek has a well-rounded general and technical education which has enabled him to use advanced technology to simplify office functions by making sure processes run smoothly, thus increasing efficiency and improving services to the public. He is very detailed oriented which allows him to be successful in organizing huge events. His diverse skills have provided him with the ability to manage large teams of employees, while ensuring everyone works toward achieving shared objectives at minimum cost. His extensive experience and strong abilities as a facilitator, negotiator, and problem solver have made him successful in helping thousands of students realize their personal, academic and career goals. After 32 years of dedication to the City Colleges of Chicago, Mark Latuszek decided to take advantage of early retirement and embark on a new career in real estate because he says “I've always had a passion for architecture ever since I was small child". Mark’s home expertise and general knowledge of home construction enables him to see value, where others might not. Furthermore, his well-honed presentation skills enable him to convey those values to potential buyers. Mark Latuszek’s observation and architectural vision helps buyers understand the potential of a property. These skills along with many others ensure sellers achieve their price objectives and assist buyers in understanding what they are getting.
