Walsh Academy Walsh Academy provides specialized academic and vocational opportunities for young men and women. The Charles H. Walsh Sr.

Walsh Academy’s comprehensive curriculum will be offering academics, social emotional learning and career technical educational instruction. It will develop strong partnerships with contractors, union organizations and school districts to create internship and job opportunities for the students in their communities. The new school increases its academic classrooms to 12 from eight and 10 CTE classrooms from two. Academy & Career Tech High School will open later this year.

Welcome to Walsh Academy's Reptile Show!

Students, faculty and staff at Walsh Academy explored the fascinating world of reptiles during a special visit from Traveling World of Reptiles on May 8.

Led by reptile expert Jeremy Taulbee, the interactive presentation featured a variety of reptiles and gave students an engaging, hands-on learning experience that sparked curiosity and excitement throughout the school.

Thank you to Jeremy Taulbee and Traveling World of Reptiles for bringing this unforgettable educational experience to Walsh Academy.

Congratulations to Zachary Greer, chef, and Stavros Kouriabalis, teacher, of Walsh Academy on receiving their five-year service awards from Maryville Academy.

They were recognized by Maryville Executive Director Sister Catherine M. Ryan, O.S.F., Chief Administrative Officer Teresa Maganzini and Walsh Academy Principal Dr. Ann Craig for their dedication and commitment to our students and mission.

Also recognized was Daniel Baffin, teacher and coach at Walsh Academy, who received his 10-year service award.

Teacher Appreciation Week began with a fun start at Walsh Academy as teachers and staff came together on Monday for team-building activities led by Principal Dr. Ann M. Craig. The day created an opportunity to celebrate the dedication of our teachers while strengthening the teamwork and connection that help make Walsh a supportive and successful learning space.
