Business owners --- make sure your restroom facilities are ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. I knew of a couple of lawyers who colluded with a handicapped individual and made millions. The handicapped person would look for businesses that failed ADA compliance and then took the business owner to court !

Helped a couple manage a prenuptial agreement...note that an enforceable pre-nup requires FULL DISCLOSURE off all assets by both parties.

I just finished arbitrating a residential construction dispute.....be careful what you sign, and remember this -- while construction of a home is business for the contractor, the new home is a very personal experience for the home owner

I am now doing dispute resolution in Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Colorado and Minnesota. Don't go to the courthouse to resolve your dispute until we have had an opportunity to use common sense.
