One of my favorite things about real estate is getting to appreciate the little details and the character that make a home unique. 🏡❤️

And I have to say, there is just something about a beautiful, old fashioned wooden front door with tons of character that gets me every time.
A great front door can completely change the personality of a home. It adds warmth, charm, history, and that little extra something that makes you want to know what’s waiting on the other side.

To me, curb appeal doesn’t always have to be brand new or perfectly modern. Sometimes it’s the timeless details, the craftsmanship, and a gorgeous wooden door that has a story to tell.
Give me character over boring any day. 😍🚪🏡

Well... I guess I can officially say I met the King of Asphalt today! 👑🛣️

If you're from the Destin area, you've probably seen Michael Stanley all over "All Things Destin." We happened to run into him while we were out enjoying the beach, so of course we had to grab a picture!

He's the King of Asphalt. I'm just over here trying to be the Queen of Real Estate. 😂🏡

Just Sold.

This one is a little more personal.

On September 4, 2015, I bought this house and made it my home. For the last 11 years, these walls held so much of my life. This is where I raised my girls. Where teeth were lost, Christmas mornings were spent, birthdays were celebrated, and memories were made that can never be replaced.

This home gave us a place to grow. I planted gardens, fruit trees, hosted big Fourth of July parties, and built a life here surrounded by neighbors who became family. I had so many plans for this home… but sometimes life, and the universe, have plans bigger than our own.

Today, I officially say goodbye to a chapter that shaped me in more ways than I can explain. Selling a home is never easy. It’s emotional, messy, and bittersweet. These last several months have been a roller coaster, and walking through this process myself has reminded me on a deeper level what so many of my clients feel when they sell.

I’m incredibly thankful for an amazing buyer’s agent who jumped through hoops to help make this happen for all parties involved. And while it’s hard to close this door, I know another family will now fill this home with love, laughter, and memories of their own.

As one chapter closes, another begins. Here’s to the next one. ❤️

At the start of this year, I made one goal: to win every month for myself. To stay focused, stay disciplined, and keep pushing no matter what.

From January to now, I’ve worked nonstop, and being named Top Producer on our team in Florida each month since the start of the year feels surreal. It’s a reminder that hard work really does pay off.

This year hasn’t been easy. Between business, life, and home challenges, there have been plenty of heavy days. But I’ve learned to keep rolling with the punches, get up every morning, and finish what I couldn’t the day before.

I couldn’t do this without the support of my incredible team, my friends who keep me grounded, and my girls who are my biggest reason to keep going.

This is more than just real estate for me. It’s proof that even in the hardest seasons, if you stay consistent and keep faith, growth will come.

And I’m nowhere near done yet. ✨

Today, I sat on the other side of the closing table, not as the Realtor, but as the seller.

After 12 years, I officially closed the chapter on the home where I raised my girls, where life unfolded in all its beauty and heartbreak, where so many memories were made within those walls. That house held seasons of laughter, tears, growth, and healing.

Today was bittersweet.

As I finally signed those final documents, it hit me differently. Because behind every sale is a story. Behind every move are emotions, memories, and sometimes the hardest goodbyes.

As a Realtor, I walk alongside my clients through these moments every day. But today reminded me on a deeper level what it truly feels like to let go of a place you once called home.

To the new owners, I wish you a life full of love, peace, and beautiful memories in this home. May it shelter your dreams the way it sheltered mine.

And to my clients know this: I understand. The stress, the uncertainty, the excitement, the heartbreak, and the hope that comes with closing one chapter and stepping into another.

Sometimes endings are heavy. But they make room for new beginnings.

Here’s to turning the page.
