Monday Market Update!

Over last 7 days the surrounding market saw higher units in both single family houses going under deposit and closed than new single family homes hitting the market.

Factors to consider in this update, we are in a typically slower listing time of year and are also dealing with high numbers of people going on vacations.
Buyers are still in demand of buying though, leading to inventory that was still on market from previous weeks to accept offers. We have also seen more and more high listing prices and slower traffic at some listings, making some houses stay active on the market for a week or 2 until appropriate price adjustments are made.

Buyers picked up pace again last week and listings have now seen another week of 100+ houses going active in the market.
As we approach the end of July, will we start to see the number of new active units climb up to 125+?
If so will we see the continuation of the tight ratio between new listings and accepted offers? Or will we start to see a small increase in the gap between the two???

Today we had to say goodbye to our loving Meatball. Our Kling family dog.

It’s amazing looking back and seeing all the chapters of our lives that he experienced and was there with us for.
He was with us for over 13 years and will truly miss him by our sides

We love you Meatball. Our pizza crust, bacon egg and cheese eating machine, Halloween candy stealing, forced lap sitter dog. Rest In Peace.
