🎄⛄'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the town,
In Trumbull to Sandy Hook, lights are turned down.
Most homes are quiet, but this realtor isn't asleep,
Counting offers and emails, instead of 100 sheep.
Contracts get signed with attention and care,
In hopes that smooth closings soon would be there.
The buyers were dreaming, tucked into their beds,
Of keys and new chapters just up ahead.
The season still reminds us—both busy and bright—
Of hope entering the world on a calm winter night.
A humble beginning, a message of peace,
A moment of light that still hasn’t ceased.
When out on my phone came a buzz and a chime,
I glanced at the screen—could it really be time?
Away to my laptop I went without delay,
Coffee in hand to finish the play.
And there on the screen, to my grateful relief,
An email confirmed it—clear, simple, concise.
The loan was approved, the numbers are just right,
A closing went through—the path now in sight.
Who else brings such joy to this work that we do?
Helping plans take shape and seeing deals through.
So cheers to the buyers, the sellers, the teams,
The agents who show up each day, making visions gleam.
Thank you for trusting us, partnering this year—
We’re grateful to serve you and glad you’re here.
Here’s to more listings, smooth sales, and a successful year,
With marketing handled—simple, seamless, and no messy reindeer.
🎅🏼 Merry Christmas to all!
