1. Review and Correct Errors in Your Credit Report:๐Ÿ” Obtain a copy of your credit report. Scrutinize the report for inaccuracies or discrepancies and promptly dispute any errors you find.

2. Pay Down Credit Card Debt: Prioritize paying off high-interest credit cards first. Aim to keep your credit card balances low โฌ‡๏ธ to demonstrate responsible credit usage.

3. Avoid Maxing Out Credit Cards: Maxing out credit cards can significantly impact your credit utilization ratio, which is an important factor in your credit score. Aim to keep balances well below the limit.

4. Consider Waiting 12 Months ๐Ÿ•›After Credit Difficulties: Some negative credit events have less impact on your score after a year. If possible, wait before applying for a mortgage to improve your chances of getting better terms.

1. Get pre-approved for a mortgage.โœ… You will be able to make a firm commitment to buy and your offer will be more desirable to the seller.
2. Lets stay in close communication. As your Realtor, I would like to show you available properties as soon as they go on the market. Be as flexible as possible with your schedule.
3. Be ready to make a decision. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ I will assist you in advance. I will help to figure out what is important to you, like what you must have and what is nice to have so you wonโ€™t be unsure when you have a chance to make an offer.
4. Bid competitively. I will help you understand the market values of homes in your selected neighborhood of interest.
