Today has been a good start to the week for Levinson Law LLC! Attorney Aaron Levinson represented a client who has been in this country since he was one year old, but faced deportation based on new felony charges. The felony charges were dismissed and today his case was resolved with a plea to a violation (punishable by a fine). Attorney Marisa Richardson will represent him in the pending immigration case, and given the good result in his criminal case, we are optimistic that he will be able to stay in this country legally!
