Another jury trial win for Mabjish and Schubert Law yesterday, this time in Campbell Circuit Court:

Not guilty of possession of fentanyl
Not guilty of trafficking ma*****na
Dismissed at the start of trial: Unlawful transaction with a minor and PFO.
Guilty of possession of ma*****na and fleeing/evading police, both misdemeanors.

2nd jury trial win in my career based on a defense that a police officer tampered with or planted evidence.
