Established in 2007
After several years working in larger firms and learning to litigate cases ranging from class actions to to will contests to employment law cases, Rene decided to continue her family's tradition of working for herself. Born in Rosenheim, Germany to a military father and a German mother, Rene moved to the United States and has lived in York, South Carolina, as well as Mt. Sterling and Richmond, Kentucky before locating in Northern Kentucky. Fluent in conversational German, Rene graduated from the Honors Program at EKU with a BA in Speech and Theater and English in 1995. Her original passion was theater, which took her to Wisconsin, Connecticut, and New York when she finally decided to enter law school. After graduating and passing the bar in 2000, Rene was admitted to all courts in Kentucky and has practiced law since.
