• Get the owner's contact info and the dog's rabies vaccination record.

A resident was injured while riding their bicycle through their apartment complex when a dog suddenly attacked without warning. The cyclist was then knocked to the ground and inflicted multiple bites to the face, arms, and legs before the victim was able to fight it off.

Animal Control responded to the scene, and the injuries required medical attention.
Our team pursued the claim and successfully secured an excellent $100,000 recovery for the victim.

Dog owners have a responsibility to ensure their animals are properly restrained and do not pose a danger to others. When that responsibility is neglected, the consequences can be severe.

Late summer means more vacation traffic, teen drivers, and unpredictable weather. A few reminders to help keep yourself and your family safe on the road:
• Slow down in school zones — kids are back in session.
• Watch for distracted drivers, and limit your own distractions too.
• Plan extra time for rush hour and construction delays.
• Don't drive while exhausted — fatigue kills.
Everyone deserves to get home safely. Share this with someone who's on the road a lot.

“I’ll Have to Go to Court”
Myth: Filing a claim means I’ll have to go to court.
Truth: The vast majority of personal injury cases settle without ever going to trial. Our attorneys know how to bring insurance companies to the table with a fair offer—so most clients never see a courtroom. But having an attorney in your corner means you always have the option to go to court if the insurance company won't offer what's fair.

Don't let fear of a courtroom stop you from getting what you deserve!
