FOR MY VA NOTARIES DID YOU KNOW??

You are now no to change $10 per notarial act instead of $5 as of July 1 2024. I was in a signing last month and a client who is a notary asked if I got the email. I indeed DID NOT get the email so she forwarded it to me and yup it's true. Fact check if you need to.

Make sure you update your accounting systems to reflect $10 not $5 AFTER you go back and update all of August signings😫😭. I sure had to go through all of July signings individually and update. Moving forward we good now ☺️😉

WE MADE IT😊

2022 in my business started out looking a lot like a new level of uncomfortableness, putting myself out there, hitting new levels and accomplishing things I knew were possible but didn’t have the steps to get there. I made it there and I’m thankful to the people who played a part in that. Most of all I thank myself though because, well you played your part & you did it graciously. I found my lane and dominating it.

Being In a industry where business can fluctuate with the current times I express so much gratitude to still have had a great standing business. Much appreciation to all the clients we have gained.

I don’t expect anything less this year of you all or myself.

Feel no pressure to have it all figured out, take your time. We are all on a journey and they don’t look the same.

Why should you carry extra loose leaf attachments such as Jurats & Acknowledgements?

•I have provided two reasons up above just swipe.

•Have you ever had a split signing and we’re confused as to why you didn’t see a extra acknowledgment in the package for you to stamp?

•Have you ever gotten to a SPW “special notary work” appointment and the spot wasn’t large enough for your stamp? Or they had a typed letter and you needed to attach a lose-leaf but didn’t have one?

•If you answered yes then I bet you carry extras now. 😊
Sn: Yes there are stamps with the verbiage (to each is own)

You can find and print the loose leafs from google and or the NNA if you’re a member.

The end of the month gets busyyyyyyyy for signing agents.

There were still so many notifications coming through this day and I declined because there was no way I was going to pile myself up like that. The mental comes first. I was so ready to relax when I did return home.

On the contrary we love reviews 😍 however I’m highlighting this specific review for one reason below ⬇️

• I catch myself putting off things or moving slower on things that don’t come as easily to me or are more techy. With that being said I finally created my appointment link about a month ago for the clients experience to be much more smoother when needing a service provided.

•She specifically used that link. When I saw the notification I said well would you look at that a 1 stop shop smooth and easy. Had I not gotten out of my own way and not tackle that “battle I was having with myself” I’d still be sitting here doing extra steps for an appointment.

•I’ll end with time is not waiting for anyone. Honestly it’s not even real but that’s a subject for another time. Putting it off won’t do anything but require more work from you in other areas.
