No one is arguing it's cheaper to buy elsewhere than California. Places like Florida look great on paper...until it doesn't.

Buying into the coastal California market means consistent and stable appreciation as opposed to more volitale markets. You know you're values will go up. You're buying more certainty.

Newport Beach in 2026 is a lot different than the Newport Beach of 2021.

The relentless demand that washed over the city has subdued, leaving many sellers scratching their heads. While there’s still demand and people will buy with the right conditions, the automatic frenzy is long gone.
