Co-parenting is NOT about about YOU, it is about your children.
Your children deserve to have two parents that can put their differences aside and focus on the common goal and shared love they have for their child(ren).
It is human to have emotions and reactions but it is being an adult and a parent to focus on the needs of your child(ren) above that.
