David Swanson is a former Orange County Public Defender who is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Criminal Law. He also has had scores of felony and misdemeanor case dismissed as the result of artful lawyering and convincing a District Attorney or a Judge that his client was deserving of a dismissal.
