**Job Opportunity: Assistant for Law Office**

A boutique law firm is seeking a motivated and organized office assistant to join our dynamic legal team! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in the legal field.

Position: Legal Assistant  
Location: in person (Huntington Beach)
Type: part-time with ability to switch to full time within a few months.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files
- Assist with drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence
- Manage incoming communications (phone, email, mail)
- Handle client intake and maintain client relationships
- Perform legal research and assist with case preparation
- Other office duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, in English and Russian, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (experience with case management systems is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Experience in customer service is a plus

🌟I absolutely LOVE (love, love, love!) my work!! ❤️

But I’ve found that stepping away from the seriousness of the legal profession + taking breaks—no phones, no internet—has been tremendously helpful.

Spending quality time with my family recharges me, so I can come back with a full battery and ready for new feats.

Meeting Camille Vasquez in person today at the OCBA-organized gathering was like a breath of fresh air. Her sweet and genuine personality instantly captured everyone in the room. I was amazed to see how down-to-earth and humble she was, even though she's now known as a celebrity lawyer. Her outstanding performance in Johnny Depp's trial is a clear reflection of her hard work, positive attitude, and pleasant demeanor. Great job, Ms. Vasquez! It was an absolute honor to meet you!
