Client was picked up by ICE on way to work; family consulted and they hired me. Immediately prepared Motion to Reopen (MTRO) [old in-absentia order] with relief applications. Client was moved to Illinois, then to Texas for removal process. I submitted the stamped copy of the MTRO to concerned ERO offices and contacted ERO at 201 Varick. Client is now back to NY [although still in detention]. Now working on to get him released on Bond or under supervision.
