Jonathan previously worked with prominent Indianapolis personal injury and medical malpractice law firms and routinely publishes and presents on the topic of medical malpractice and his annual review of Indiana medical malpractice cases was published by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association in 2020. In addition to wrongful death and serious injury cases arising out of premises liability, automobile, bicycle, construction site and motorcycle accidents, their litigation experience includes cases of commercial and semi truck accidents, underinsured and uninsured motorist insurance coverage cases, asbestos exposure, consumer product liability, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse. Todd spent 12 years at a large Evansville law firm, where he was a partner in the litigation and trial department. During that time, he served as a board member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, 2008–2010, and was Chair of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana Product Liability Section in 2007. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and Kentucky and before various federal courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Kentucky Justice Association, Evansville Bar Association and American Association for Justice. Jonathan is admitted to practice Indiana state and federal courts. He is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Indianapolis Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.
