The ability to manage a large amount of client data and cultivate relationships.

A Real Estate License or ability to get one.
I Need Someone Who:
Can manage multiple projects, resources and deadlines
Can work within the team and comply with Standard Operating Procedures and systems.
Can routinely speak with clients and customers to ensure their happiness with our systems and services.
Can help plan and organize real estate transactions and act as the point of contact for those transactions.
Has the ability to negotiate between multiple parties and stay on a positive course of direction.
Will perform or is willing to learn real estate duties: prepare market analysis, prepare documents for clients, Host open houses, Educate clients on real estate procedures, and work with both buyers and sellers.
Will comply with National, State, and Local Real Estate Laws and Standards of Practice.
Maintains positive relationships with clients and office personnel.
Attends social events and interact with potential clients and vendors.
Requirements Include:
Must be 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to attend NY Real Estate School (in person or online)
Must be able to pass New York State Real Estate Salesperson Exam.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position.
